Each 2009 Global Youth Assembly (GYA) attendee will receive a badge within their registration package. This badge must be displayed while attending any GYA event. Please note, some workshops and sessions have limited capacity; badges will be monitored for admission.
Cancellation Policy
The John Humphrey Centre will issue full refunds less a $100 administration fee for all written requests received before July 17th for the 2009 Global Youth Assembly. The John Humphrey Centre regrets that refunds will not be considered after this date. Substitutions are allowed when the name of the individual substituting is recorded using the online registration system. We will do our best to refund you immediately but ask for your patience during a busy lead up to the event and assure you that all approved refunds will be issued after the event.
Please note that the cancellations for the Youth Educator Forum is subject to a $50 administrative fee and requests must be submitted to registration@youthassembly.ca in writing. For international delegates who are interested in only this component of the GYA, please be advised that you will still need a letter of invitation prior to registration and more information can be found on the International Delegates page
Payment By Cheque
If payment by cheque is necessary, please contact registration support at 780.453.2638.
Please note the following restrictions:
- Your registration will be pending until payment is received. This means that your spot at the Assembly is not confirmed and may be filled upon non-payment
- When your cheque is received a confirmation email will be sent to you
- Payment must be received within 21 days of your initial registration or no later than July 1st, 2009. Failure to comply will result in cancellation

The information provided at the point of registration is collected by a registration system provider, acting on behalf of the John Humphrey Centre, and will be used for 2009 Global Youth Assembly purposes only.
